Are you championing change in your community? Our values-aligned Reproductive Justice Cooperative centers our member's needs through our niche relational organizing, power mapping, and a statewide listening tour of hundreds of womxn grassroots leaders across Ohio. OWA is genuinely for the community, by the community, and led by majority Black womxn. We have an integrated platform representing the right and power of self-determination in every struggle of our lives towards building a radical progressive agenda to liberate all people.
The RJ Cooperative amplifies our member's voices, leadership, and needs. Our theory of change is that investing, believing, trusting, and building authentic relationships with Black womxn will lead to collective power creating a cultural narrative shift that champions a better Ohio for all. We believe in transformational relationships, not transactional networking. We believe in harnessing power, not proximity to privilege. We believe in an inclusive base-building movement that centers and funds Black womxn's joy, healing, and care, not weaponizing their trauma, labor, expertise, and knowledge.
