**Tonnisha J. English-Amamoo** is a powerhouse marketer, certified business coach, and the visionary Founder & Chief Marketing Officer of TJE Communications—a boutique digital marketing agency that helps mission-driven CEOs turn passion into strategy, and strategy into sustainable growth.
With over a decade of experience, Tonnisha blends creativity and systems to help changemakers elevate their visibility through social media, email marketing, and compelling content. She’s passionate about helping others build communications that don’t just make noise, but make an impact.
Tonnisha proudly serves as the Board President of AAF Columbus, Board Secretary of Motherful, and a Board Member for both Advocacy & Protective Services, Inc., and Rewriting the Narrative—continuously showing up for her community in big ways.
She’s also the founder of Blk Women in Biz, a vibrant collective empowering Black women entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners to grow, connect, and thrive.

Ohio Women’s Alliance is based in the state now known as Ohio, specifically on Shawnee, Myaamia, Hopewell, Kaskakia land. We are guests of the traditional stewards of this land. Ohio is the traditional territory of hundreds of different indigenous tribes and nations, including the Erie, Wyandotte, Mingo, Shawnee, Delaware, Miami, Huron, Ojibwe, Potawatomi and Odawa. In spite of ethnic cleansing, forcible removal, unrecognized sovereignty, and outright denial of their existence, indigenous people are still here.
