The Reproductive Justice Table is a space dedicated to helping young leaders (ages 18-27) in Ohio identify, innovate, and institute their own ideas while being supported by experienced leaders in Reproductive Justice (RJ).
The RJ Table is designed to support leadership growth by facilitating training on collective strategy, enhancing advocacy campaigns, and increasing capacity-building toward advancing RJ for all people in Ohio. During this nine-month cohort, the young leaders will participate in a retreat facilitated by Relational Uprising and attend monthly sessions that involve specialized skill development and wellness support through a Reproductive Justice lens. By the fall of 2024, each cohort member will generate, launch, and analyze a Reproductive Justice digital campaign.
The schedule below outlines the monthly cohort meetings, including four in-person sessions (transportation, lodging, and most meals will be fully covered).

The Reproductive Justice Table will be guided by Ohio Women's Alliance (OWA). The intention is for the young leaders to co-create this experience by guiding the content and pace of the campaign. We believe young leaders are developed when they are intentionally offered wellness, mentorship, and capacity-building resources. This is a unique opportunity for selected cohort members to skill-share and build relationships with other established and emerging leaders in Ohio; Ohio Women's Alliance is thrilled to build with you.
